When the production of our courses and Virtual Classroom container is finished and ready for students, we place all information about the course into a database that, in turn, drive dynamic web pages. Collectively, the database and its dynamic pages from our Dynamic Course Catalog.

The Dynamic Course Catalog not only display information about courses, but it also controls the "on-sale" date when registration opens and the "off-sale" data when registration closes.

Finally, the Dynamic Course Catalog also contains all of the metadata about the course such as its tuition fee, group discount rates, Scholarship Codes, security setting required and other information necessary for the operations of the course. The database contains all available items, options, their unique workflows and business rules. 

The Dynamic Course Catalog is the front-end to our integrated Registrar and Bursar System. It provides the information about all courses that are available for potential students to browse and then passes all required information to the Registration and Bursar System for all course selected by the prospective student.

End users can browse or search the catalog or use the unique URL to go directly to the order page. The contents of the Dynamic Course Catalog is built in real time from its dynamic database that contains all of the information about each course, community and event. The Dynamic Course Catalog can also highlight any new or featured courses.
