Ordering and enrolling in our courses, lectures, communities and events are very easy.
Some are free, some are fee-based. To pay for a fee-based course or event, all you need is a credit or debit card.
The entire process of selecting the course, community or event you want, paying (if required) and being automatically provisioned into your selection takes only a few minutes.
Ordering our courses begins with using our Dynamic Course Catalog. Our system automatically maintains a dynamic database that builds and maintains our Course Catalog of all active and available courses, options, their unique workflows and business rules. The dynamically-built Course Catalog can also highlight any new or featured courses and lectures. The catalog is the centerpiece of our powerful e-commerce engine.
No special access rights are required to browse our Course Catalog and add items to a shopping cart.
When you are ready to check out your shopping cart, you will be required to register a secure User Account by providing your unique e-mail address, and a Username and Password of your choice. Your User Account (via its secure Username and Password) will protect your private personal information and allow access to the on-line courses and options you purchase.
Our system provides fully-automated bursar and registrar functions that operate without the need of supervisor intervention and are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays.
Courses are vended in a totally automated fashion with new students paying by debit cards, credit cards or TeleWorship gift cards. We also support offer codes for special sales and volume discounts for group/bulk purchases. Unique offer codes can be assigned to qualified individuals or groups. We can support an unlimited number of special offer codes.
Further, we support Scholarship Codes for providing full or partial scholarships.
The system allows us to provide special offers such as partial or full scholarships or discounts for multiple purchases and group purchases by pre-defining all of the business rules for an offer code.
Students select the course they wish to purchase from the course catalog, apply any scholarship or offer codes, check out and pay through our integrated and secure e-commerce system and its payment gateways.
Upon successful financial settlement with the students' credit card company (usually taking only seconds), students are instantly provisioned into both the membership roster for the class they purchased and the Member Portal (our virtual campus).
Receipts and confirmations are provided upon successful checkout and will contain a URL for the virtual classroom. All you have to do is click on the URL, and you will be placed into your class where you can begin participating with the class materials immediately.
