Private Meeting Rooms are closed secure meeting areas for groups of any size. Private Meeting Rooms provide all of the same interactive features as our Virtual Classrooms (forums, feature stories, notices, web collaboration functions, etc.) Access to Private Meeting Rooms can be restricted to people with invitations or by a request-and-vetting workflow.
Typically, a Private Meeting Room is administered by one or more Moderators who have elevated privileges to post feature stories and notices on behalf of the group.
Private Meeting Rooms are intended to be used for things like meeting "spaces" for church groups and their consultants/coaches. Only members of the Private Meeting Room can enter the room, see what is posted and participate. Access is secure and limited to only those with prior approval to enter.
If your group uses the Private Room option, you will select the Private Room SKU in our Course Catalog and provide the unique name of our group.
Upon check out, you will pay for the setup costs of your Private Room and the monthly fee for the first month's usage fee using your credit or debit card.
We fill provision the private access to your new Private Room for each member of your group. They can access the room immediate upon receiving their confirmation e-mail with the private URL to the room. Access is provided using each authorized users' normal username and password.
Then, on approximately the 10th of each month, we will send you an e-mail with a link to an on-line invoice for:
The on-line invoice e-mailed to you will be linked to a Shopping Cart set up for your immediate checkout. To pay the invoice, you only have to click on the URL provided and check out using your credit or debit card.
