Session One – The Impact of a Changing Culture on the Way We Do Church

An overview of shifts happening in our North American culture and the impact that is having on the way we do church. We will review demographic, family, financial, cultural shifts. This vital section lays the foundation for understanding all other sessions and concepts.

Session Two – 8 Principles Every Church Can Follow for Reaching People Under 40 While Keeping People Over 60

These eight practical principles have emerged in my 30 plus years of local church and denominational leadership. We will work to provide examples and biblical context for the principles

Session Three – Creating a Win/Win Among All Age Groups

This session acknowledges that all age groups has distinctive preferences, learning styles and needs as they move forward in their spiritual journey. We will discuss how to create intergenerational dialogs that create mutual understanding that moves people forward in faith and function.

Session Four: Finding and Developing Your Remnant – Where to Begin the Journey?

Session four is key. Who are those people of passion in your congregation? How can you identify the remnant people who help move the church forward? What are five practical steps you can take in the next three months?

Session Five: Making Shifts Without Making Waves in Your Church
